FactoryTen actively considers its contribution to carbon emissions and the production of unnecessary greenhouse gases.
Some of our embedded behaviours include:
- Advocating the use of public transport, or using the most efficient vehicles for purpose
- Utilising SharePoint to reduce printing, faxing and filing for the purposes of document sharing
- Maximising the use of LED lighting over incandescent lighting wherever possible
- Re-using and recycling paper and other materials
- Purchase of devices with Automatic Power reduction features wherever possible
- Using Teams or other videoconferencing tools instead of travelling (unless necessary)
